Caleb Kicklighter is an emerging new media artist whose work plays with the boundary between computer animation and figurative painting. He lives and works in College Station, Texas, and is a MFA graduate from Texas A&M University’s Visualization program.
Caleb combines his interests in traditional painting and 3D animation to create figurative works that come to life in a variety of physical mediums. His projects usually revolve around the topic of gender, sexuality, and identity. He is presently working on a series of illustrations and sculptures that focus on the malleability of the body and the pains of transformation.
